Sacramento's leather community is proud to announce SACRAMENTO VALLEY HEAT, (www.sacvalleyheat.com) Sacramento's FIRST EVER all inclusive BDSM event, August 28 - 30, 2009 in Sacramento, California. With events happening at The Bolt Bar (www.sacbolt.com) and the Greens Hotel (www.thegreenshotel.com), Sacramento Valley Heat will include classes and presentations related to consensual BDSM, leather and fetish vendors market, bootblacking, a puppy mosh pit and a play party which includes a pansexual play space and separate spaces for men-only and women-only.
Valley Heat also will feature an opening address by author and leather community leader Race Bannon and a closing keynote speech by the highly regarded International Slave 2001 slave marsha.
The host hotel and site for most of the weekend's activities is The Greens Hotel (www.thegreenshotel.com -or- 916-921-1736) which is offering special rates for those attending. Attendees making reservations should mention Valley Heat to receive the discounted rates. Due to contractual obligations with the hotel, attendees will need to pay for their room at the time of making the reservation. The organizers apologize for an inconvenience this may cause. Classes and demonstrations for Valley heat will include: “Erotic D/s, Transition Play D/s to 24/7” by Rope Wolf, “My Pleasure to Serve -- Or to be Served: The Role of Service in D/s or M/s Relationships” by slave marsha, “Mindful Mastery” by Master Rick and “Finding and Loving the Slave Within” by slave Tina, “Yielding to Brutality: Punching and Kicking with Love” by Lady Hilary and the Marine, “Caning” by Master Morris Taylor, “Temporary Piercing” Master Mark and Mistress Pilar, “Fire Play” by Rope Wolf, and “Cigars - Protocols and Play” by Sir Scott and Daddy Sal.
In addition to classes, Saturday's activities will include a "Sacramento Iron Dom" competition in which contestant will be challenged to create toys out of unique and interesting supplies and a vendor mart featuring varied leather and fetish merchants will be available onsite for folks to shop.
Valley Heat will also include bootblacking and leather care Friday evening at The Bolt and Saturday during the day at the Greens Hotel in the vendor area. There will be a puppy mosh pit available for those human puppies who want to romp and play with other human puppies. In addition there will be hospitality suites available for attendees to socialize.
Valley Heat is organized by a coalition of leather/fetish BDSM organizations in the Sacramento region including Sacramento Valley Leathercorps, Pleasure Bound, The Triskellion Society, Masters and Slaves Together – Sacramento, Youphoria, Journey, and Sacramento Dominant Women.
The weekend registration fee on or before July 3rd, 2009 is $75.00, registration after July 3rd, 2009 is $90.00. The deadline to register is August 26, 2009.
