Beautiful Victorian 2 bedroom home with living room and formal dining room available for rent in desirable midtown Sacramento.
Walk or bike to cafes, coffee houses, theater, shopping, etc. I have absolutely LOVED living here! The neighborhood is beautiful, and so is the house.
Built in 1891, this home is historic. The back yard is really great too, complete with a fountain and a pond!
Washer, dryer, * storage *, central heat/air (new!), high ceilings, crown-molding, beautiful ceiling fans, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, off-street parking.
Looking for the right person/people to rent; i.e. must be responsible and have a desire to live in and lovingly care for a beautiful home. Please respond if you are responsible and serious with documented proof of income. The normal first and last month's rent will be expected. Pet deposit extra. Background and credit check.
Available March 15 2009 (could be a little earlier or later... let's talk).
Obviously, pets are on a case-by-case basis but I'm a pet lover myself and remember how hard it was finding a place to rent that would take pets. So, I welcome one or two mature, extremely well-mannered, house-broken pets. If you have an old dog for whom stairs would be a problem, guess what? I built my geriatric dogs a doggie ramp in the back yard. :-)
