I wanna see WEREWOLF WOMEN OF THE SS
Holy crap, this movie is the best one I have seen in the past ten years. Too bad that Quentin Tarentino can't act -- but he really can't take anything away from it. - onlineDarren , posted 04/11/07

"Give him a gun, give him ALL the guns!"
I think we’ve all watched a real good movie only to have a few fatal flaws crop up that seriously detract from our enjoyment. A few obvious, key fuckups arise and we’re left to wonder what the fuck is wrong with Hollywood that they can’t get this shit right. Well stop the presses folks; somebody (bodies) finally got their shit together.

The contrast between the two features as well as the brilliant “coming attraction” mini-films (“Machete” being the best of a great bunch) is nothing short of dope, bitchin’, rad, awesome and any other antiquated superlatives you might be able to think of.

I spent over three hours alternating between laughing myself breathless to squealing with unrestrained glee. Thank god it was an afternoon matinee or I might have been tossed the fuck out.

Sprint, don’t run, to the theatre to see this bad ass sizzling hot block of entertainment. It will thrash you about the head and neck and leave you gasping for more. - MilknCheese , posted 04/11/07

Total 70's white trash-o-rama
These films are CRAP! Which is exactly what they were meant to be (good job boys). Tarantino certainly has the knack for the nod to classic seventies cheese, and I'm sure we all love the tasty references to his other films peppered throughout the dialog (are allusions to your own work a hint of the megalomania within?).

Stunt man Mike is a classic piece of Joey Chitwood Thrill Show smarm straight out of the dust of every county fair lot from Bar Harbor to San Diego circa 1975. I love the hair-as-hood-orniment connection. He is a machine, he is like his ride; dated, powerful and deadly. And sporting a shiny ducktail to finish i all off. A dab'l do ya.

I loved the trailers and preamble. The intermission cartoon of dancing refreshments (let's all go to the lobby!) was great. Fond memories of scratched film and missing reels, jumpy splices and pops from the speakers. The only thing missing was a sticky floor and a few teenagers making out in the back row.

Rodriguez didn't do it for me. Didn't like the flow, didn't like the story, didn't dig the groove. I was entertained by the film(s) ability to make light of itself. The pocket bike scene come to mind. But ultimately Terror Planet comes off weak to me. But I was never a zombie flick fan.

Far-out man, I'm 10-10, going to hang at Big Kahuna Burger. See you on the flip-side bro. - onlineJai ૐ , posted 04/11/07

I don't think I've ever smiled this much in a movie.
My friend and I each said that. Can't wait to see Machete as I've heard its going to actually be made. - Colin , posted 04/11/07
