why didn't i do this before today?
i was gifted time at this gem of a spot in the heart of sacramento : a soft, cocooning space lit witth candles and walls graced with amazing paintings..... the steam bath! ohhhhh...... i'm an addict after 20 minutes : hot and wet and i'm dripping water pouring off of me with eucalyptus reaching into the depths and i'm thinking : i could just do this everyday .........
and then i'm led into this little room and i get my 1st! thai massage by a beautiful woman named "dao" and she rubbed me, stretched me, twisted me, pulled, pushed, teased and got blood flowing from the top of my head to the very tips of my toes.....
i left floating two inches above the earth and took home some of their organic ylang ylang lotion
(i also stopped for thai food before crawling into bed for floaty dreamtime adventures)

excellent service and environment, i'm hooked and will be back for a session the next time i'm in sacramento
besides the massage team they have and steam bath, there's a full japanese soaking tub and get-away couples packages

don't miss the art on the walls, the have started a new collection of portraits from sacramento artist rachel miller
